This item is from around 40 years ago, collected by my father when he was a child.
It seems to have been a prize from a wafer chocolate or ice cream.
He apparently jumped for joy when he got it, saying it was "sparkly" ✨
There is some staining as shown in the photos due to long-term storage.
Price negotiations are welcome.
I'm not very knowledgeable about this, so my explanation is poor, I apologize (^_^;)
